Post-Sales and Maintenance

We provide a reliable and professional post-sales and maintenance services which ensures that your entire system, whether bought from us or another provider, is constantly monitored to ensure its efficiency and safety. Our support staff are technical specialists who ensure that all equipment is up to standard, and meets international safety requirements.

Mains Conntected Coolers

Before you receive your water cooler, every unit receives a PAT (Portable Appliance Test) electrical test and is tested for leaks and that the cooler functions properly.
Once your cooler is installed your cooler has a filter change and sanitisation every 26 weeks. All water contact surfaces are sanitised. The carbon block filter is replaced to ensure maximum water quality. Your service visit is automatically logged and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time when your service visit is due.
